The
Objective
Operationalize and market a training and recruitment ecosystem for tech talent in South Florida by identifying clear value propositions, building a web hub and communications strategies targeting key constituencies: job seekers and employers.
The
Challenge
Miami Tech Works required a brand strategy to communicate its value to audiences, replacing academic language with a more accessible voice.
The program also needed an operational framework for connecting job seekers with employers, documented strategies for partners, and a digital marketing plan to recruit participants and employers effectively.
Tactics
Implement data gathering and performance reporting frameworks to track progress and meet transparency requirements
Create audience personas and actionable insights to improve engagement outcomes across channels
Launch targeted paid media campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn to reach diverse audiences
Develop comprehensive brand guidelines to document a unified digital identity across all user touchpoints
Design and built a WordPress-based digital hub with discrete user journeys guiding job seekers and employers
Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to effectively convert traffic with an engaging, streamlined form-fill process that minimizes drop-off
Execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve organic discovery and broaden digital reach
The
Approach
The client and its grant sponsor required rapid and unambiguous data measuring the program’s effectiveness in recruiting technology job seekers and employers. Through comprehensive research and documentation, Lineout identified clear, compelling value propositions to engage target audiences. We also produced guidelines for communications and creative development in order to align internal and community stakeholders in co-marketing efforts. Lineout designed and built a website optimized for user journeys, guiding job seekers and employers through efficient pathways and implemented measurement tools to track engagement.
Using paid social media tactics, we drove qualified traffic to the organization’s hub while closely collaborating with Miami Tech Works on managing leads toward registration. To enhance program visibility and alumni engagement, we also helped develop a digital credential strategy, allowing participants to showcase their achievement on LinkedIn. This approach to partnership transformed Miami Tech Works from a conceptual blueprint into a fully functional, scalable recruitment operation, connecting South Florida’s tech talent with employers and advancing business growth.
The
Result
Through a targeted strategy, Miami Tech Works rapidly increased engagement with both employers and job seekers. To further connect talent with opportunities, participants gained access to an official Miami Tech Works credential, allowing them to showcase their training and career readiness to potential employers.
