About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships across multiple accounts and serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
This is a highly collaborative and client-facing role focused on strategic communication, client relationship management, expectation setting, and cross-functional leadership. The Account Manager plays a critical role in ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and aligned while helping internal teams stay focused on priorities, timelines, and business objectives.
You’ll be responsible for building trusted client relationships, managing communication across accounts, navigating complex conversations, and helping translate client needs into clear internal direction across media, strategy, and creative teams.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with multiple moving priorities. This role is well-suited for someone who combines strong communication skills, sound judgment, and strategic thinking with the ability to keep projects and relationships moving forward effectively.
Expected Outcomes & Accountability
This role is ultimately responsible for creating strong client relationships, maintaining operational alignment across accounts, and ensuring projects move forward clearly, efficiently, and strategically.

Client Experience & Growth: Accounts are managed proactively, professionally, and with a solutions-oriented mindset that strengthens client relationships, retention, renewals, and account growth over time.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and strategic partnership.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and ongoing account communication.
Manage client expectations, priorities, timelines, and deliverables across multiple engagements.
Proactively identify client needs, concerns, risks, or opportunities and coordinate appropriate next steps internally.
Account & Project Leadership
Oversee day-to-day account operations and cross-functional coordination across internal teams.
Ensure client deliverables remain aligned with business goals, timelines, and strategic priorities.
Coordinate closely with media, creative, strategy, and leadership teams to maintain alignment across projects and initiatives.
Monitor project progress, identify blockers, and help drive solutions when challenges arise.
Support prioritization, workflow organization, and account planning across multiple client accounts.
Strategic Communication & Reporting
Communicate campaign updates, project progress, recommendations, and performance insights clearly and professionally.
Help translate complex marketing discussions into organized and actionable communication for clients.
Support preparation of client-facing reports, presentations, recaps, and strategic recommendations.
Maintain organized account documentation, meeting notes, and communication records.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure clear communication, accountability, and alignment across accounts.
Help create structure and clarity across fast-moving projects and competing priorities.
Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment focused on strong execution and client experience.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or similar client-facing roles within agency or marketing environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong experience managing client relationships and cross-functional projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
Ability to navigate client conversations with professionalism, confidence, and sound judgment.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect client business goals to execution and delivery.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, media, or operations functions.
Comfortable leading meetings, managing timelines, and driving accountability across projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive communication style.
Experience with project management or workflow tools such as Productive, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
Agency experience is strongly preferred.
