Remote — Part-Time, Hourly Contractor
Analytics Contractor
About Us
Lineout is a digital marketing agency focused on regional and community banks. Bank marketing leaders are managing more channels, tools, and data than ever, often without a clear view of what's actually driving results.
Our job is to give them clear strategy, disciplined execution, and reporting they can stand behind.
We're fully remote, with a team spanning media, design, development, and strategy. Across everything we do, we hold ourselves to two standards: sweat the details and own the outcome.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly technical Analytics Contractor to support advanced tracking, attribution, and analytics infrastructure across client accounts.
This is a part-time, hourly contractor role intended as a flexible, project-based or ongoing engagement.
We are specifically looking for someone with deep, hands-on experience in Google Tag Manager, GA4, Mixpanel, event tracking, and Conversion API (CAPI) implementation across both Meta and Google platforms.
We need someone who has directly implemented and managed complex tracking environments and understands how accurate analytics infrastructure impacts campaign performance, attribution quality, and optimization capabilities.
The most critical qualification for this role is hands-on experience implementing Conversion APIs (CAPI). We need someone who has successfully implemented and maintained both Meta CAPI and Google server-side or enhanced conversion tracking in live environments.
The ideal candidate is technically confident, highly detail-oriented, comfortable troubleshooting complex tracking issues, and able to work independently across multiple client accounts.
Expected Outcomes & Accountability
This role is ultimately responsible for ensuring accurate, reliable, and scalable tracking infrastructure across client accounts so campaigns can be measured, optimized, and attributed correctly.
Success in this role means:
Tracking Accuracy: Tracking environments across client accounts are accurate, reliable, and fully operational — with minimal gaps, errors, or attribution inconsistencies.
Reliable Attribution: Meta CAPI, Google enhanced conversions, GA4, and server-side tracking implementations are properly configured, validated, and delivering dependable performance data.
Performance Confidence: Campaign measurement and attribution data remain trustworthy, allowing media buyers and strategists to make optimization decisions with confidence.
Issue Resolution: Tracking gaps, implementation issues, attribution discrepancies, and data inconsistencies are identified and resolved proactively before impacting reporting or campaign performance.
Data Integrity & Technical Reliability: Tracking infrastructure, event logic, conversion reporting, and analytics implementations remain organized, documented, and maintainable across accounts.
Cross-Functional Support: Internal teams receive clear technical guidance and support around tracking requirements, implementation limitations, and analytics best practices.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain reliable analytics infrastructure across complex performance marketing environments.
