About the Role

We’re looking for an Art Director who combines creative leadership with strong design execution to elevate Lineout Media’s visual standards across campaigns, websites, and brand assets.

This role blends strategic direction and hands-on design involvement — you’ll guide the visual identity of client work while remaining actively engaged in the creative process, mentoring designers, reviewing work, and ensuring every deliverable meets Lineout Media’s standards of excellence.

You’ll collaborate with internal designers, external creative partners, and leadership to translate strategic briefs into clear, production-ready visual direction that drives measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and elevate Lineout Media’s visual identity across all client campaigns, websites, and creative deliverables.

  • Own and execute brand identity and brand development projects, including logo systems, typography, and visual language creation.

  • Act as the primary creative point of contact for internal teams and external creative directors.

  • Concept, design, and refine high-quality assets across digital, brand, and campaign channels.

  • Mentor and manage visual designers, providing clear feedback, direction, and skill development.

  • Define and maintain visual systems, templates, and creative toolkits to ensure scalability and brand consistency across campaigns.

  • Establish clear creative guardrails and quality control standards to ensure consistency across internal and external production.

  • Collaborate closely with U.S. and LATAM Creative Directors, Copywriters, and Account Leads to translate briefs into creative concepts.

  • Review and approve final visual deliverables, ensuring brand alignment and creative excellence.

  • Partner with freelance Creative Directors or Copywriters on specific briefs, selecting collaborators as needed.

  • Maintain visual consistency and cohesion across all touchpoints.

  • Support campaign development, art direction for shoots, and QA during production stages.

  • Help establish internal creative standards, workflows, and best practices to streamline design quality.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital design or art direction (agency or creative studio experience preferred).

  • Proven ability to manage and mentor junior and mid-level designers.

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.

  • Strong conceptual and storytelling skills — able to connect business strategy with design thinking.

  • Expert understanding of typography, layout, and composition across digital and brand formats.

  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and an openness to evolving production workflows.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with creative rigor and accountability.
