About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, remote role reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager. You’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing a wide range of digital marketing initiatives — from building and monitoring paid campaigns, to writing SEO content, to helping with performance reports.

You’ll collaborate closely with media, strategy, and creative teams, helping to ensure digital initiatives are executed with accuracy, consistency, and curiosity. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who’s organized, data-savvy, and eager to learn the full stack of digital marketing.

  • Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to identify optimization opportunities

  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop ad copy, creative assets, and campaign messaging

SEO & Content

  • Conduct keyword research, conduct on-page SEO audits, and contribute to SEO content ideation

  • Draft SEO-friendly blog posts and landing page content aligned with campaign goals

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build reports, dashboards, and performance summaries that highlight key insights

  • Collaborate with media and strategy teams to identify optimizations and performance trends

  • Maintain organized documentation of campaign details, reporting links, and performance notes

Quality Assurance & Growth

  • QA campaign setups, URLs, and tracking to ensure accuracy across deliverables

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, either agency-side or in-house (internship experience counts!)

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ads platforms

  • Experience with Google Analytics and campaign tracking

  • Experience building reports/dashboards to communicate performance insights

  • Comfortable writing marketing copy with an eye toward SEO and clarity

  • Bonus: experience with CMS platforms (like Webflow or WordPress) and reporting tools (Looker Studio, Whatagraph, Power BI, etc.)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you catch mistakes before they go out

  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn fast in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and in meetings

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required

Perks and Benefits

  • Fully remote and flexible work environment

  • Competitive compensation

  • 15 paid days off per year, plus the week between Christmas and New Year’s

  • Opportunity to grow your skill set across paid media, SEO, content, and analytics

  • A tight-knit team that values both thoughtfulness and initiative

  • Direct access to leadership and a chance to influence how we work as we grow
