Miami Tech Works Announces Online Hub for Employers and Job Seekers, Designed by Lineout
The newly launched website for Miami Tech Works, designed and developed by Lineout, accelerates the organization’s work bridging the gap between employers and tech talent in South Florida. As Miami Tech Works’ Agency of Record, Lineout organized the site into intuitive sections to help job seekers find affordable tech training, and to connect employers to a pipeline of local talent.
Backed by a $10 million Good Jobs Challenge federal grant, Miami Tech Works is dedicated to boosting employment and economic growth in South Florida. By introducing job seekers in Miami Dade and Broward counties to top tech training schools and services, the organization aims to secure more tech employment for the local workforce, establishing a talent pipeline to meet growing demand from employers in Miami’s booming tech sector.
Lineout provided comprehensive site planning, copywriting, design and development for miamitechworks.org. After a thorough evaluation of the organization’s requirements and market analysis, Lineout created wireframes to outline the site’s design, structure and user journeys. Engineering and design teams built out UX and backend functionality using WordPress, performing extensive testing and optimization for all platforms. Lineout also provided content development and keyword strategies to improve search engine performance.

For employers seeking top tech talent, Hire Talent presents an inviting, four-step form that streamlines and personalizes access to Miami Tech Works’ diverse, high-quality network of job seekers. The page spotlights strategic training partners and community employers, including Amazon Web Services, Google, and Salesforce. Miami Tech Works’ expertise in talent development is reaffirmed through color-blocked sections that echo the organization’s story and strategy, while testimonials share employer feedback.

Get Trained highlights Miami Tech Works’ top training providers, and the talent development pathways and career support services they offer. A testimonial carousel illuminates how past job seekers have benefited from the tech-career development training. The page is further strengthened by featured posts from the organization’s blog with news on events, partners and participant achievements.
